Project description: The project is a combination of educational, therapeutic and social activities that focus on building cooperation in the Visegrad Group. These are transnational, transdisciplinary activities supporting seniors and their functional and natural caregivers in the field of health and the effects of brain diseases. The project includes a series of integration workshops for seniors staying in care centers. As well as a series of educational activities: specialized online training for employees of social service centers and social welfare homes, as well as two study visits. The main theme of the project is neurodegenerative diseases considered from the perspective of an aging society.
The project is co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from the International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
