Project description: International platform for cooperation between design institutions and organisations from Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. This year, Arting 2020’s Heritage project – a sustainable design competition – thematically focused on the promotion of cultural heritage. The 2020 competition was held in three categories: 1. Heritage, 2.
The Arting Prize in the Heritage category went to Sonia Luszczynska for her project Hrubý, which combines textile experimentation with the folk values of the Beskydy Mountains.
The Arting Prize in the Environment category goes to Joanna Włoszczuk, Aneta Witas, Natalia Niewiadomska-Straszewska, Wanda Podbielska, Maciej Tutak, for the project Bioplastik, a technological solution to environmental problems.
The Arting Prize in the Technology category goes to Anna Szlachta for her Graphene Heater project, which combines technological innovation with designer form.
