Dr. Ing. Michal Kravčík: water management specialist, winner of the global Goldman Prize for environmental protection. Slovak and international activist living in Košice, president of the association “Ľudia a voda” (People and Water), author of the New Water Paradigm of the immediate need for rainwater retention in the environment to save the climate, member of the International Organisation of Social Innovators ASHOKA and founder of the global organisation WATER HOLISTIC.
Dr. Ing. Miroslav Hrib: Former lecturer at the Department of Forestry and Land Reclamation at the Faculty of Forestry of the Technical University in Zvolen. Director of the company Vodales, s.r.o. (Ltd.), which designs construction facilities for forestry, transport and water management. He designed snow storage facilities at ski resorts in Slovakia. In addition to forest roads, cycle paths and rain gardens, it specialises in urban water retention and agricultural land reclamation, i.e. measures to adapt to the negative effects of climate change.
Dr. Ing. Piotr Topinski: ecologist, publicist, lecturer, author of several books, founder of several foundations working for social and local development, author of several educational and training films. Member of the International Organisation of Social Innovators ASHOKA.
