Project description: The project will consist of the organisation of an e-sports tournament and an educational programme with the participation of pupils and students from schools and universities from the V4 countries. The games will be designed with educational and informative elements, attractive to young audiences. They will enable them to learn about the educational offer in games and multimedia education opportunities in V4 countries and build practical professional competences for employment in this sector. In this way, we want to support young people’s interest in education and career development in these areas of the innovative digital economy.
The main direct aim of the project is to support young people from HU, CZ, SK and PL in their preparation for entering the labour market. Preparation for entering the labour market. Every young person at some point in his or her life makes decisions that determine his/her further educational path and professional direction. In our project, we want to encourage young people from the V4 countries to think about combining further education and professional development with passion, because we believe that such an informed career can bring the greatest satisfaction and the best socio-economic results.
The main intermediate goal of the project is to create a resource to support the development of the games industry in the V4 countries. In our view, this sectoral socio-economic context of our project is also important because the games market in the V4 region is under increasing pressure from multinational corporations and the disruptive expansion of foreign capital, especially Western and Asian capital. In the long term, it is important to surround our due diligence and seek to limit the negative effects of these economic and business developments.
