Project description: The project assumes a number of international activities: therapeutic, educational, integration and animation for children, as well as the possibility of international exchange of good practices in the operation of school, revalidation and educational institutions in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main objective of the project is to prevent social exclusion of children with various types of disabilities. Another goal: international cooperation of special schools.
Consistency with strategy and action plan
Strategic objective:
Objective LZ5 International cooperation in the support of institutions with a socio-educational profile (in terms of educational, animation and care activities), including the improvement of the living environment of elderly and disabled people of different ages.
Action plan:
Cooperation and support of special schools for children and young people (with mental and physical disabilities) for a better, more active and healthier life,
Supporting the environment of their formal carers – teachers, therapists and indirectly their families.
The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
