Project description: The project was designed to develop a common strategy for social challenges: education for Social Europe, exchange of good practices, development of a common training system to increase the knowledge and skills of social workers, work with seniors, including people with disabilities. The project involves representatives of organizations from 4 countries: Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Serbia, who professionally focus on working with people at risk of social exclusion and are ready to transfer specific working methods that can be used in practice – to create a knowledge exchange platform.

In the face of the phenomenon of aging societies, the aim of the project is to prepare social and care workers through transnational education (specialist training, focused on work methodology and publication) to implement specialist tools for working with seniors and people at risk of social exclusion, which will strengthen cooperation and disseminate the assumptions of the Common Social Europe.
